⑤ Tear the film.
(2) DTG printing process
① Remove the hair on the shirt, adjust and smooth it, attach the transfer film for hot pressing, and set the temperature to 160℃ for 10s.
Spray the pretreatment solution evenly on the shirt, about 2-3 times, spraying too much or too little will affect the printing effect.
③ Cover the shirt with a white cloth for hot pressing, the temperature is set to 160℃, the time is 25s, please note that this step may require several hot pressing, until the shirt is completely dry.
④ Start printing.
⑤ Use a hot press to bake the shirt, the temperature is set to 160℃, and the time is 10-15min.
⑥ Use a hot press to transfer to the shirt, the temperature is set to 160 ° C, the time is 15s.
The reverse side of the shirt, the unpatterned part is facing up, the white cloth is covered for hot pressing, the temperature is set to 160℃, and the time is 80s.
